Juno
with Ellen Page, Allison Janey, Jennifer Garner, Michael Cera, and JK
Simmons create an interesting cast. A surprise hit from last year, it’s
all about a teen who finds herself pregnant—her boyfriend is a runner on
the track team in high school and clueless. Her parents are a kick as they
support her through the months ahead (just her telling them she’s preggers
is worth seeing)—she knows that she will have the baby and put it up for
adoption—but to whom? Juno answers the ad a couple puts in the local
paper. This is a comedy, coming of age flick, well worth seeing.
