Here
are Five ways to work with Judith: 1. On the Phone--Free You can ask up to three questions with no charge in
a "short" (10 minutes or less) phone conversation.
2. On the Phone--Pay by the Hour A minimum of a two hour commitment is required. This can be spread over a six-month period. Hourly rate is $250 per hour. You call, provide your credit card # (we take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and Diners) and ask away. 3. On the Phone--Create a Retainer Account Call and set up your account, using a credit card or check. A minimum deposit of $500 is made. Judith keeps a running tab of time used and rebills your credit card when you authorize it. 4. In person--You Come to Judith's Office Call and set up an appointment--Judith will block a minimum of one-hour. Pay with your credit card or check. First consultation is paid for in advance of meeting. 5. In Person--Judith Comes to Your Office or Home Call and set up an appointment--Judith will block a minimum of two-hours. Pay with your credit card or check. First consultation paid in advance.

Consulting for Organizations Specific contracts are created for 6, 12 or 18 month durations with
organizations. Judith will spend one week per month working with, training,
consulting groups or one-on-one. Interviews are completed with key managers, administrators
and or staff. Program structured is customized to meet the group's needs and
requests. The next step is one-half day to full day training sessions
with staff and/or managers for one week each month (five consecutive days) in
a 6, 12 or 18 month period. Many of the same topics must be addressed for continuity;
however, presentation style will vary from staff and management. The outcome
will be participants committing to work in a more pro-active mode versus the
existing passive/aggressive standard that is the "norm" within many
environments. Time will also be spent with managers briefing them on what
Judith has learned, what was accomplished and where respective staff members
stand. Because of the intense amount of time involved with long
term consulting clients, the number that Judith works with each year is
